Your Travel Notes grew during a seemingly inopportune time. Global quarantine and travel have zero correlation. But as our homes became our only destinations, we had plenty of time to reflect. My daydreaming brought me back to my past travels before the world came to a halt. Cracking open my weathered travel journal I was disheartened to discover boring two-dimensional recollections. At best I was reading a play-by-play from my trips. I failed to capture my feelings and emotions. I realized my writing was simply a grocery list of experiences. The ruled pages were filled with stale recollections that left me missing all the most memorable feelings traveling brought me. So, I redirected my frustrations and created Your Travel Notes!
